Privacy Policy

You get full value with no account. What we store, we store to help you investigate — and you can delete it.

What we store

• Anonymous session: a random identifier in a cookie so a conversation can continue. No name or email required.
• Conversations & uploads: your questions, our responses, and any files you upload for analysis. Uploads are private by default.
• Optional memory: if you choose "Remember my investigations," we store followed subjects and your briefs so you can return to them. This is passwordless — no password is ever collected.
• Analytics events: privacy-respecting product events (e.g. an investigation was started, a brief was created) to improve the product.

What we do not do

• We do not require an account to use the product.
• We do not store sensitive personal medical details in lightweight personalization memory.
• We do not sell your data.
• We do not publish anything from a private conversation. Public briefs are created only when you explicitly choose to, after a privacy review that removes unnecessary personal information.

Sharing a brief publicly

Before a brief becomes public, we remove unnecessary names, contact information, and personal health information, and we exclude private uploads, contracts, and prices unless you authorize them. You are shown exactly what will become public and must confirm.

Your control

You can unfollow any subject and delete your stored data at any time. Deleting removes your followed interests and saved account token.
